Please contact us via phone or email if you decide to return a product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order after you receive, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund to your original payment method. Please read below to properly proceed with a return/exchange.

 2: Product must be in original condition (unless it was received damaged).

 3: Include your order number and/or name on your returned package for faster processing.

 4: Properly ship out to the Return Address provided above.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon its delivery, and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or not up to standard. We want to make sure you are fully satisfied and receive the quality you deserve. We will assist you immediately and make things right!


Once we receive your return, it will be processed and inspected by our team (within 24 hours of receipt). Your refund will be processed and reflect on your original payment method within 5-7 business days, if not sooner.


Cancellation Policy
Yes, Cancellations are possible after an order has been placed. We know sometimes mistakes happen, or you may just changed your mind. To continue with a cancellation, kindly contact us and provide your Order Number no later than 2 days after your order placement. This will allow us to properly cancel your order in a timely manner, and also provide a full refund back to your original payment method.
