What should I do if I have not received my confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes after your purchase. If you have not received a confirmation email by then, or you simply entered your email incorrectly, kindly contact us so we can immediately assist you in properly receiving it!

What is the quality of the clothing?

Our products are delivered in brand new condition. Our team ensures our products are up to standard prior to shipping them out to you. Should you receive a product that does not meet up to the high quality and standards we hold ourselves to, please contact us so we can provide a solution and ensure your full satisfaction! 

How long until I receive my order?

Orders are delivered by the carrier in roughly 5-7 business days. Kindly refer to your provided tracking number in order to view all updates regarding your delivery. Should you have any questions or issues please do not hesitate to contact us! Rest assured you will be well-informed and communicated with throughout every step of the way! We will make sure you not only receive your package successfully, but also have a great experience! Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Am I guaranteed to receive every products in my order?

As per our Delivery Guarantee, we guarantee that you will receive all the products you have ordered with us. Should there be any kind of issue, whether it is an item that was out of stock, not properly delivered, or an item was simply not up to your standards, we will make sure to either replace or fully refund your order! Your satisfaction comes first.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Kindly accept our apologies if the carrier did not deliver your order promptly and in good condition. If you did not receive your order, we ask that you check around your property, your mailbox, and with your neighbors to make sure that the order was not misplaced by accident.

Please reach out us if you are sure the package was not delivered or if your item arrived damaged. We will file a claim with the carrier and either repair, replace, or refund your order as soon as possible!
